HELP AGAIN

My DS is in Four Winds Phosp waiting for a place in the state hospital (RCPC). I was to move to Florida last week but have been waiting for my DS to get into RCPC and living with friends - very kind friends. Now I'm told the school district is looking to place him in residential and is sending out packets. WE DON'T EVEN HAVE AN IEP THAT CALLS FOR RESIDENTIAL. crazy!

So I tell the hosptial I'll try to live out of boxes and many folks homes until my DS gets into State Phosp. Here he will get an intensive 30 day evaluation and hopefully transfer to FLorida/residential school, with me. Well, I was told IF I MOVE out of the county, I will be charged with abandonment and child neglect. My other chi9ldren will be taken from me.

Any suggestions?

My DS got into a scuffle with another kid and the hosptial is pushing very hard for criminal charges to be pressed so they can get him out.

Mind you, my DS is so unstable that the hospital feels it is too dangerous to have a family therapy sesseion. She said "He is actually deciding to be violent and is in total control of what he is doing. He wants this life." His SW told me this. I really really really and really disagree.
